Coffee! Coffee! Coffee!

Needless to say, I love me some coffee whether it’s hot, cold, creamed, sweetened or blended with other flavors. My personal favorite is drinking coffee cold and blended with ice. It tastes more like a dessert that way and I can pick and choose which flavors I’m in the mood for. One of my absolute favorite drinks is a “chiller” from a local coffee store that blends coffee, ice, cookies and white chocolate together to create the amazing dessert drink with a shot of buzz to it like you wouldn’t below. Of course, I’m not in the mood to drag myself in the mall and spend $4 on a drink so I found a way to make it at home myself using the new International Delight Iced Coffee.

White Chocolate Mocha Cookie Chiller

White Chocolate Caramel Mocha Cookie Iced Coffee Chiller Recipe
Cook Time
Total Time
Type: Drink
Serves: 2
  • 1 cup ice, crushed
  • 1 cup International Delights Iced Coffee Mocha Flavor
  • 2 tablespoons white chocolate powder
  • 2 Oreo Cookies
  • Whipped Cream
  • Caramel Syrup
  1. Add all of the ingredients (minus toppings) to a blender and blend on high (or smoothie setting) until smooth.
  2. Pour into two small cups and top with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel.

Speaking of International Delight, when I think of the brand coffee flavoring comes to mind but they also make this really great Iced Coffee drink that will be available in the Walmart dairy section starting January 15th. I have to say, I’m glad they put a big glass of iced coffee on the front of the carton or I’m sure I would glaze over it thinking it was just a coffee flavoring.

Each milk-style carton contains a sweet and creamy iced coffee that you just pour over ice. It’s already perfectly blended, flavored and sweetened. I’m usually pretty picky about sweetening my own drinks but this one is right on spot (for my liking).

It comes in 3 flavors: Original, Vanilla and Mocha. They’re worth it to try each one because the flavors are very distinct, especially the vanilla which is quite strong.

I can’t say there’s a single flavor I don’t like and can’t wait for summer to get here because these will give me my coffee fix and cool down all in one shot.

My husband isn’t a huge fan of coffee but even he likes these especially when blended with the ice instead of poured over it. And for those of you that think the big coffee giant (who shall remain nameless) is too strong (which I do), you’ll love this as an alternative. The coffee flavor isn’t subtle but it’s not overpowering either.

  9. Eileen says:

I know this sounds bad buy my tween and daddy love to share the frappe’s once in a great while. This would be nice to have at home for a special treat..winter sure, but summer even MORE! White chocolate powder? I assume is like a hot cocoa powder of sorts? YUM! I have to find this! I need a new hot winter drink and not a fan of hot cocoa..

    • Eileen, yes, the white chocolate powder isn’t the easiest to find. I know Walmart carries a Hershey’s Bliss white chocolate hot drink mix, you can also order Ghirardelli White Chocolate powder on Amazon, it’s made for coffee shops.

      • Eileen says:

oh. my. I love Ghiradelli brand chocolates so I am thinking that will be my next new fix. I have to find something to get me through the cold…I HATE it. Thanks Cat!
