As a mom, my one goal in life is to raise healthy and happy children. Like most parents, every day is a learning experience especially when it comes to providing my children with healthy food and drinks. One thing I know for sure is that milk has always been a healthy source of nutrients. Unfortunately, it’s not always easy to get my kids to drink it without adding a little chocolate flavor. Sounds easy enough, right?

Wrong!

Evidently, there has been quite a bit of debate about the addition of High Fructose Corn Syrup to foods and drinks. Critics argue that the highly processed HFCS contributes to excessive weight gain and other health issues. While I admittedly don’t know the science behind HFCS, I do know that I want what’s best for my children and if there’s a chance HFCS is going to harm them in any way, I’m going to find an alternative sweetener.

Well, I found it …. with Dean TruMoo Chocolate Milk which contains no High Fructose Corn Syrup!
