Last month I was introduced to these oh-so-tasty International Delight Iced Coffee flavors that hit the dairy section of Walmart and Sam’s Club on January 15th. Just to refresh you … these iced coffees are a pre-mixed and sweetened iced coffee that is ready to pour over ice, no need to brew or measure anything.
Well, ever since I made that White Chocolate Caramel Mocha Cookie Iced Coffee Chiller, I’ve been thinking of fun ways to use the International Delight Iced Coffees. Now, this doesn’t exact fit in with my healthier meal regimen but you’ve gotta treat yourself sometimes right? How about a creamy vanilla iced coffee float? It tastes as good as it sounds. Trust me!
As a special treat to myself and a fellow blogger friend, I created this iced coffee recipe to share with someone special. The secret to this sweet success is simple.
- In a glass, add a scoop or two (or three or four) of a premium vanilla iced cream.
- Fill the glass half way with Vanilla International Delight Iced Coffee.
- Top it off with cream soda.
- Share with a friend.
In the spirit of sharing, I surprised a friend, Keonte’, author of Mommy2k, with a shipment of the International Delight Iced Coffee flavors. I had secretly been hinting at it for weeks but wanted it to be a total surprise. She’s the kinda woman that has such an amazing outlook on life that I couldn’t help but make her day even more awesome.
