The last two weeks have been extremely rough for a number of reasons. My schedule, family activities and all of the little things in between have really knocked me off course with my workouts with the Total Gym. It’s a sad truth, but I’ve fallen back into the role of putting everyone’s needs before my own and my dedication to fitness has taken a back seat.
But I’m not giving up, I’m a fighter and I’m going to continue to fight for myself, just at a much slower pace than I had originally planned. For my last week of the challenge, I’m going to give myself one last push to lose at least one pound. Small goals are easier to attain right? From there on out, I will continue my workouts because I have no excuse not to. The best part of owning the Total Gym is the fact that it’s a HOME gym.
