I’m a bit late updating my journey, what can I say, I’m a busy mom, even busier now that I’ve been working out more consistently. In fact, I’ve been using the Total Gym every single day and have gotten down a pretty good routine.
When I first started using the Total Gym I struggled with remembering where each part went, how to change the wing attachment, which is fabulous for pull-ups by the way, something I could never do completely vertical. I’m also adding in the Leg Pull Accessory which allows me to do more intense leg muscle exercises in addition to the squats. But like I said, I’ve gotten into a routine and can quickly flow from one exercise to the next without much break time in between.
At this point I’m not seeing much of a weight loss yet but I have noticed some of my tighter fitting jeans are feeling ore comfortable. That’s a very good sign that I’m heading in the right direction.
