Every year our family has a fun Halloween tradition that always starts with dressing the kids up in their costumes and parading about the neighborhood collecting all of those sweet confections. While it’s something we always look forward to, the fun doesn’t truly begin until we all get back to our house and the kids get a little downtime before it’s time to sort the candy.
A few years back we bought an outdoor fire pit to enjoy on the chilly Autumn nights. One of those nights that it comes in most handy is on Halloween. Our family always loves to set up chairs around the warm pit, talk about what’s going on in our lives and enjoy the time honored tradition of campfire S’mores. It’s not only a great warm up treat but the s’mores are a great distraction from the kids wanting to dig into their Halloween candy.
And since I have S’mores on the brain, be sure to check out www.SmoresSmiles.com where you can enter to win over 1,000 prizes when you enter the UPC code of any of the featured S’Mores ingredients.

I’m thinking after this, and seeing my treats again, I know what I’m making this afternoon!
If it has chocolate, you can count me in LOL!
