Relax Time in the Pool for Mom with a Spring Float

Since the weather has been ridiculously hot here (and pretty much everywhere else in this country) we’ve found ourselves spending a lot of time in the pool. It’s the one place we can all cool off for a bit and spend some time having fun with the kids. It’s also a place I like to relax when I’m not getting splashed in the eyeball by my little mermaids.

Thanks to SwimWays, a brand dedicated to providing safe and innovative pool gear, I received a Spring Float to enjoy in the pool. It’s unlike any pool “floatie” I’ve ever used before because instead of blowing up a big plastic float, this one is made of comfortable mesh. The rim and pillow of the float takes all of 30 seconds to blow up (without a pump) and provides just enough buoyancy to keep your head dry and your body comfortably immersed in the cool water.

When not being used in the pool, storage is really simple. The unique shape of this float allows you to twist it into a disc and put away. After floating on mine this past weekend, I have no doubt this is the perfect pool float for any mom (or dad) that needs a spot to relax. Although it might be more easily done if the kids aren’t in the pool with you.

If you’re looking to pick one of these up for yourself, you can check out the SwimWays website where you’ll find the Spring Float in several fun color combinations for just $29.95 each.

We sometimes get invited to the neighbor’s pool or go to a lake, but this year with the heat and bad algae on the area lakes, we have resorted to going to the basement to watch movies. sad. our kids are past the “run through the sprinkler” stage, but now and then fun to turn it on and play football under the cool drops!
