Snowman & Snowball Winter Cake Pops

For weeks I’ve been begging and pleading for Old Man Winter to bring me some snow. When he finally did, it unfortunately came with awful gusts of wind that left us with little drifts of snow here and there that turned into the consistency of concrete. Not exactly the snowman building kind of snow I was looking for. Definitely not snowball friendly snow either.

Fortunately, I found a way to have my snowman and snowball fun from the comfort of my kitchen with Snowman Cake Pops! These are surprisingly easy to make and even more fun with all of the creative options for decorating them.

Start with 2 small cake balls, one slightly bigger than the other. I used a little white candy melt between the balls to keep them close together.

You simply dip them straight into melted white candy melts to create a smooth snowman figure.

The decorating possibilities are endless depending the supplies you have on hand. For this little fella I just used some black candy dots along with red and green fondant to create a top hat and scarf.

To complete the winter themed pop assortment, coat a round cake pop in white sugar pearls.
