Recipe | Roasted Garlic Bagel Crisps with a Bacon Cheddar Cream Cheese Dip

Months ago I gave up my snacking habits for more nutritious meals throughout the day. I can’t say that it has been easy and I don’t occasionally have slip ups. It’s especially hard to avoid snacks during family get-togethers and events where appetizers are calling your name.

So if I’m going to slip-up and snack I’m going to make it a good one which is why I love this bacon cheddar cream cheese dip with roasted garlic bagel crisps. I can enjoy the flavors I love the most in a bite-size portion that’s delicious and easy to share.

Nothing goes better with a bagel than cream cheese which is why I use it as the base for this dip. The crispy mini bagel chips are thin and incredibly crunchy making them the perfect dipper for a thick cheese spread. They’re so good even my kids love them and will be perfect for an upcoming birthday party appetizer or even the holidays.

I love Bagel Crisps! It’s so hard not to eat the whole bag in one sitting. Your dip looks amazing! We like to put tuna fish and some cheese on ours and put it in the oven for a little bit. We haven’t actually done it in years but now I’m craving to do so.
