  1. I am learning more about taking better care of my health. I try to maintain a healthy diet and stay away from sugar, white foods, processed foods and fats. Also I get out and do some sort of exercise mainly walking. As I get stronger I am planning to add strength training to my regime. I realized that taking one day at a time is important and staying on tract with my current goals. I hope to lose 50 pounds my the end of the year.

    I drink lots of water , take My vitamin and try and work in a workout everyday.

    I eat healthy, watch my weight, practice yoga and cycle to stay healthy and I DO take probiotics especially since I am prone to yeast infections since going thru menopause! I would love the opportunity to try especially since they have 6 bacterial strains! Sounds like they would be very effective!

  8. I walk to stay healthy. My friend and I walk together at least three times a week, and I always take the stairs instead of the elevator.

  10. My main efforts have been to cut out processed foods, eat more fresh fruits and raw veggies, smoothies, and up my water intake (and I quit soda 100%!)
