Living in a house with three children and a dog leaves me with plenty of opportunities to put my vacuuming skills to use (just see the video below). Each and every one of them leaves their own unique messes. For instance, my son is the king of Pop Tart crumbs, my daughter is the queen of spilled cereal and of course our crawling infant can shred a newspaper more quickly than no other. The Hoover Cordless Stick Vacuum has been absolute pleasure to use for our small mess needs. It’s lightweight frame makes it easy for me to grab it out of the broom closet and suck up a quick crumbly mess without having to drag out the full size upright we have. We’ve found that the suction capabilities work perfectly for light messes on rugs and our hard wood flooring but not quite so well for the tough jobs of bedrooms. The Platinum Carpet Cleaner is what we could use most, with 2 year old and a dog…things get really dirty .
I like that you can choose whether or not to use the brush , or just use the suction.
The product most needed in our home is a good working vacuum, our cheapy vacuum blows! LOL so I’d say Lightweight Bagged Upright :)

video, the feature I like is quick and easy to pop the battery in and the 2 filters and no bags.. it did a great job on the carpet. I have a 90lb lab and cat and if it quickly cleaned up what you couldn’t see, that is a bonus to me.

The Cyclonic Bagless Canister would work great for us. No bags and the Telescopic Wand and Quick Disconnect feature to quickly change attachments, like for upholstery. That would be awesome.

HEPA media traps 99.97% of dirt, dust and pollen down to 0.3 microns – a great feature that improves indoor air quality during vacuuming than traditional filter media. Would really help out since we all have allergies and one of my kids has asthma.
I watched the video and I just loved how it’s less than 12lbs. A feature that is just fabulous. Most vaccums weight a ton and a half. And this would be perfect to carry up and down the stairs to clean. No hassles. Might actually make cleaning fun. :-)
