#spon: I’m required to disclose a relationship between our site and Intel AIO PC. This could include the Intel AIO PC providing us w/content, product, access or other forms of payment.

Last week I got an amazing delivery. I started working with Intel to try out and share my experiences with the HP Envy Rove 20 Mobile AIO PC with an Intel® Core™ i3 processor and Windows 8. As you might imagine, this is a pretty exciting experience because my work space was limited to my old desktop PC that comes with half a dozen cords, tons of wires and a giant tower that hangs out in my desk cabinet. While I may go everywhere, this PC goes no where.

Unlike my old PC, the new HP Envy Rove 20 can be set up on my desk like a desktop but it has a more convenient space saving design. It’s an all-in-one that has just ONE power cord. The mouse and keyboard are wireless and there’s no tower.

The best part? I can use it as a desktop in my office or I can take it with me on the go. This mobile AIO can run cordless with a 3 hour battery life making it perfect for working at a coffee shop, on a business trip or even out on the back porch while the kids are playing. The touchscreen even allows me to leave the mouse and keyboard behind.

Later this week we’ll be taking off on a family trip and I’m really excited to take this along with us for the ride. While I don’t condone working while on vacation, I do have assignments with deadlines. With the HP Envy Rove 20, I can work in the hotel while the kids are asleep.

In the coming months I’ll be sharing my experiences with this new computer. If you have any questions about it, feel free to let me know in the comments!

  1. Ooo jealous! That is slick.

  2. Rebecca Orr says:

I am so envious right now! Love that is is touch or can be used with the mouse and keyboard. Perfect combination for home and travel!

  3. Julie Wood says:

What a very nice computer! HP makes such great computers and I bet it is really fast.

  4. That’s very cool. It would be great for taking on vacation!

  5. Wow I am so jealous at how clean and organized your desk is and that you have two computer screens! I haven’t used a touch screen yet but they look so cool.

  6. Can’t wait to hear how you like it. Great info and it looks good. Thanks for the post!

  7. I have so much cluttered wires! I’d love to have just one wire – plus we’re going on vacation next week and my desktop won’t be able to come with me. Officially need to look into getting something like this soon! I’ve had a little bad luck with HP in the past but hopefully their quality has improved.
