*I was provided with samples and compensation to share my experience with Flatout Flatbread.
If I had to pick the busiest part of my day I’d say it happens around 4pm. That’s the time the kids have gotten home from school, put away their backpacks and start rummaging through the kitchen for an afternoon snack. It also happens to be the same time I’m usually working on getting the house straightened up and dinner planned. So after a few tugs on my shirt and the third “mom, I’m hungry” I find myself in the kitchen trying to come up with a snack all of the kids will eat without ruining their appetite for dinner.
One snack I can count on to satisfy the afternoon craving is pizza. And you know what’s perfect for that … Flatout Flatbread.
Flatout has these new Thin Crust Flatbreads that are perfect for kid-sized snack and only require a few fresh ingredients and about 15 minutes of your time. You can jazz them up with any toppings you like but for my kids, Margherita Pizza is the way to go. It’s the perfect blend of fresh mozzarella, sliced tomatoes and sweet basil plucked right from my herb garden.
And since the temperatures are rising you can even bake these in a toaster oven without heating up the house. Or if you’re making a dinner out of the flatbreads, you can toss them right on the grill. Plus, there’s the added bonus of not having to roll your own dough. These come perfectly shaped and ready to use for whatever craving you might have.
Out of the oven this ooey, gooey pizza is perfect for three hungry kids!
