Smoothies have always been a favorite drink of mine but more so lately. I’m finding I just don’t want real food for breakfast these days because it either leaves me feeling nauseous or weighted down for the rest of the day. But if I get my morning walk in and sip a smoothie all morning long, it holds me off until I have time for a late lunch.

There are times I whip up a fresh smoothie like the super fruity OJ smoothie or a sunshine banana smoothie when I have extra fruit hanging around the kitchen but these frozen kits are even easier. The fruit and yogurt is pre-measured and ready exactly when I want/need them.

Jamba Juice smoothies are like a karate kick to your taste buds. You can use apple juice as the wet ingredient as the packaging suggest but seriously try orange juice. The flavor it adds with the blended fruit is incredible. One package blended with 2 cups of orange juice (I prefer a thinner smoothie) serves up a tall glass for myself and two small ones for my daughters as a kick start to our morning.

So far we’ve tried and loved the Razzmatazz (my favorite), Strawberries Wild and Orange Dream Machine flavors but you can also find Magno-a-go-g0 and Caribbean Passion, neither of which I plan to try because I’m just not a fan of tropical flavors. The thing I love most about these smoothies … the number one ingredient on each package is a real fruit.

Note – I purchased the products featured.

I love smoothies too but don’t make them as much as I should. I’ll have to look for the Jamba Juice Smoothies the next time I go to the grocery store. Thanks for sharing Cat!

I see you’re using your smoothie glasses you just bought :)

I will admit, I big puffy heart L.O.V.E Jamba Juice and I’m so heartbroken that we don’t have any close to where we live. Every time we go into Chicago though, you best believe I stop there at least once or twice!
