Don’t Fret the Sweat Facebook Application

This summer I’ve teamed up with Unilever to promote their newest campaign, “Don’t Fret the Sweat“. As the parent of a 9 year old son who is developing his manly odor, more prominent during these hot months, especially after football practice, I want to make him comfortable with his bodily changes. We want our son to feel confident on and off the field so we’ve begun working with him to create a hygiene routine to can keep the man smells at bay and his fun level going strong without him ever having to “fret the sweat”.

Research shows that kids are entering puberty and experiencing biological milestones, including producing body odor, at an earlier age. But there’s no need to “fret the sweat” Unilever offers a variety of products that can help tweens and teens stay cool, calm and confident throughout the day.

Don’t Know Where To Begin?

To help you find the perfect deodorant or antiperspirant for your little stinker, try the Product Matchmaker: www.DontFretTheSweat.com/matchmaker

We used the Don’t Fret the Sweat Matchmaker tool to determine which Unilever product would be best for our son and found the Degree Men Deodorant Intense Sport to be the perfect fit for his needs. With a little help from dad he learned when and how to use it and won’t have to worry about embarrassing odors any time soon.

Love the drugstore deals – I try to stock a variety of products so we have options at hand so an uncertain teen has options. While they won’t go to the store and may not even mention that they don’t like a certain scent, my son will go to the closet and find an alternative to try out. Someone mentioned that he smelled after using a product in middle school… and he absolutely would never use it again. Pretty sure it was meant as a compliment but that was a time when my kid immediately assumed the worst.
