Breakfast time around our house on the school days is frantic at best. With just minutes between getting dressed and watching my son dash for the bus I need to squeeze in something for him to eat. Knowing how important it is for my son to start the school day off with a healthy meal, I give him Danimal Smoothies to drink as he dashes to the bus stop. Not only are they a great source of calcium but they come in great flavors that my son loves like the Strawberry Explosion.

Speaking of a healthy breakfast before school, did you know that schools nationwide have had to reduce and eliminate recess time due to limited resources. That’s a very disturbing thought considering recess is an import time of exercise for children during the day. Fortunately, Dannon Danimals is determined to help schools nationwide with a little effort on your part!

Kids and recess belong together. That’s why Danimals wants to supercharge your school’s recess and give you the chance to win great playground-related prizes. “Rally for Recess” creates healthy competition, pitting school against school. Five schools have the opportunity to win new playground equipment and an all-day recess celebration. Through February 8, 2012 purchasers can find codes on Danimals packaging (or free by mail) to enter and register their school online. The top school in each of the five categories (based on size) with the most codes registered wins! For more information visit: RallyforRecess.com

How to Enter

  1. Collect Codes – when you purchase specially marked Danimals products locate the code on the packaging

I wrote this review while participating in a campaign by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Danimals and received a gift card to facilitate my review and a promotional item to thank me for taking the time to participate.
