This month Method introduced the world’s first bottle made with ocean plastic filled with a new 2 in 1 dish and hand soap (minus dirty ingredients). The soap is exactly what I’ve grown to trust in my household but it’s the bottle that really captured my attention. It’s made from a blend of recovered ocean plastics and post consumer recycled plastic. While I don’t live ocean-side or even visit the ocean more than once every 5 years or so, I do know there’s a growing problem with trash polluting the ocean water and beaches, especially in Hawaii.
