Dinner, bath time, story book, bed ... sounds like an uneventful end to a typical evening, at least for our house. We shut off the lights and close our eyes in hopes of a new day with few disasters. Years ago when my husband and I lived in an apartment one of my biggest complaints was lack of space, especially in the kitchen. The cabinet under the small kitchen sink was already full of basic supplies, including the garbage disposal that took up most of the space. For a few months now I've been sharing how our family (mainly me) uses Clorox Bleach to bleach away some of our messiest moments. Whether I'm doing some major clean up after the flu hits our house (and the floor) or when our son leaves behind his yellow trail of messes in the bathroom, bleach is there to disinfect. A little over a month ago my husband and I started a fitness journey together. It started out with him losing a few pounds, me getting jealous and buying a treadmill so we could work out together. I don't know what it is about the holidays but it's the one time of the year that dirty dishes seem to multiply. By the time I was done with my pre-holiday baking, I had enough dirty dishes to fill my dishwasher twice. And then after the holiday dinner, that was another three loads of dishes.
