Now that we’re finally out of this rainy, wet spell with the weather we can pull out the grill again. While it’s typically used for a variety of meats, there’s also a lot of other things you can cook on the grill … even pizza! When it’s this hot out the last thing we want to do is turn on the oven so we find ways to take our favorite oven meals out to the grill.
Making pizza is something our family always loves to do together and it’s even more fun when the kids can actually help with the dough. I’ve used several frozen dough varieties, even made my own from scratch a few times. But it’s just not fun waiting for it to rise, which is why we now use Fleischmann’s Pizza Crust Yeast.
