Ever since I received the Wilton Pops! Sweets on a Stick book I’ve been knee deep in cake balls … and squares, and triangles and various other shapes. My imagination ran wild with the decorating possibilities. So wild that I couldn’t help myself this past weekend when I spent a few hours decorating cake pop after cake pop all for Christmas gifts to share with friends and neighbors this week.
While I’m certainly no cake pop decorating queen, I love trying just to see what I can come up with and learn some new techniques along the way. So for the next week you’ll get a peek inside my kitchen as I went on a Christmas cake pop adventure. Below is just one example of what’s to come, all starting today and all featured at Oh My! The Christmas present cake pops would be a cute ancillary gift on top of Christmas present boxes, for a “foodie” that appreciates food art.

My daughter wants to make these for this weekend’s inlaws Christmas. We still have to try these. I am thinking it has to be messy to make but OH what MASTERPIECES! I am thinking we need to start with something simple first, but am heading online to get ideas. What a fantastic CrAZe this has become! Cant wait to taste too, as I would choose cake over cookies any old day!
