Last month I shared one of my very favorite and very interesting ways to use Mission flour tortillas. While we love using them for traditional dishes like chicken club quesadillas and creamy chicken enchiladas, we also love them for dessert. A simple flour tortilla can be transformed into a tasty treat with a little cinnamon-sugar, butter and a quick bake in the oven. My kids love when I surprise them with the strawberry-kiwi fruit salsa and cinnamon tortilla chips after taco night.
